FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to composition and combination for application in treatment of itch, peripheral pain, inflammatory and painful conditions, radiation dermatitis, caused by radial therapy of cancer, oedema and conditions of skin irritation, including conditions, caused by excessive impact of sunlight. Combination of lipophilic extracts of Zingiber officinale and Echinacea angustifolia, containing isobutylamides from Echinacea angustifolia and gingerol from Zingiber officinale, in which extracts of both species of plants are obtained from roots or rhizomes by extraction with supercritical carbon dioxide.
