A device (4) for controlling a charge air cooler (3) arranged in an intake duct (10) of an internal combustion engine (1) has a single electric actuator (5) for driving a radiator control valve (7) and a bypass valve (9). A gear (14) connected downstream of the actuator (5) allows the provision of provided independent control curves of the radiator control valve (7) and the bypass valve (9). The device (4) is thereby constructed particularly simple.
