Be it an oled - display panel, a method for its production and a display device is provided. The oled - display panel comprises: a substrate, a plurality of current lines, which are arranged on the substrate, a reflection layer arranged on the current carrying lines, wherein said reflecting layer is connected electrically to the current carrying lines; an anode, which is arranged on the reflection layer; an optical modulation layer which, between the reflection layer and the anode is arranged; a cathode, which is arranged on the anode; and an organic emission before the direction of the layer which, between the anode and cathode, wherein the reflective layer is insulated from the anode, and the oled - display panel on a side facing away from the substrate, the reflection layer is transparent.
