The hatch (100) has a frame (104) with a shape intended to fit the profile of a pit (500). A flap (108) is mounted on the frame and movable between an open position in which air is allowed to pass through the ventilation hatch, and a closed position in which the air is prevented from crossing the ventilation hatch. An actuating system (110) is intended to move the flap from the open to the closed position, and vice versa.
