Production of a beverage spirit called spiritoo by maceration process of the pods of black vanilla scarified and of the chips of oak in the agricultural rum white. This process is an economic, because it makes it possible to obtain a beverage spirit of a gold, i.e. in a short time, without the use of the barrel of oak or chemistry. The degree of the beverage spirit spiritoo will be of 42% vol. this liquor will be usable as appetizers and digestive.
