The invention relates to an orthopedic brace (100) for supporting and holding in a given position at least one body segment of a patient, said orthopedic brace having - an inner shell (110) of foam for contouring at least one body segment of the patient and comprising at least one block of foam dug according to the morphological contours of said body segment of the patient to be supported, and - an outer shell (120) inside which is mounted the inner shell foam and forming a rigid reinforcement structure, said outer shell comprising: • a frame (130) forming a backrest and a seat, provided with linear perforations, • lateral reinforcements (140) removable, and • attachment slats (150) ) perforated adapted to be fixed on the lateral reinforcements on the one hand, and on the frame, on the other hand, by means of fasteners (152) introduced into the linear perforations of the frame and the perforations of the attachment slats.
