The invention relates to a sound guiding system for a seat headrest comprising a loudspeaker (11) coupled to the backrest of said seat (1) and characterized in that it comprises a sound reproduction mouth ( 10) coupled to said headrest (2) and a sound guide duct comprising a flexible tube (12), said sound guide duct connecting said speaker (11) to said sound reproduction mouth (10) located at the headrest (2), a first end of said sound guide duct being attached to the sound reproduction mouth (10) and a second end of said sound guide duct being attached to the speaker ( 11). The present invention is particularly well suited to a motor vehicle seat and also covers such a seat (1).
