The invention relates to a maxillary guide orthosis (2) forming a gutter having a bottom wall (4) and two posterior wall (8) and anterior (6). The bottom wall is substantially flat and inclined relative to these rising walls. The invention also relates to a mandibular guide orthosis (3) forming a gutter having a base wall (40) and two rear walls (44) and anterior (42). A spherical portion boss (56) is formed on the outer face of the base wall, projecting from said orthosis, substantially in the center thereof. The invention also relates to a set of two distinct orthoses, including such a mandibular guide orthosis and such a maxillary guide orthosis disposed one to the right of the other so that the spherical boss of the mandibular guide orthosis is at punctual contact of the outer side of the bottom wall of the maxillary guide orthosis.
