An objective of the present invention is to allow fully automated implementation of all steps from pre-processing to electrophoresis. Provided is a pre-processing/electrophoresis integrated cartridge, having one or a plurality of compartment structures corresponding to each step which configures pre-processing. Each compartment structure comprises: (1) a first compartment, further comprising a reaction tank, a reagent tank, a plurality of flow paths which connect among each of the tanks, a plurality of adjustment valves which are positioned in the flow paths, and flow paths which connect with the reaction tank of a compartment structure located prior thereto and the reaction tank of a compartment structure located successively thereto; and (2) a second compartment, further comprising an electrophoretic solution tank, a cathode buffer fluid tank, a washing fluid tank, and a flow path and an adjustment valve thereof which connect a carrier tank of the compartment structure located prior thereto and the electrophoretic solution tank.
