The invention relates to a transgenic non-human mammal including an IgH locus modified by the replacement of the switching sequence Sµ with the totality or a portion of the transgene that comprises the gene C? of a G-class human immunoglobulin including at least the exon coding for the CH3 domain and the membrane exons m1 and m2; the invention also relates to the applications thereof in the production of IgG-class humanised antibodies.
