In this laser/punch processing method, the adhesion tool contact portion provided on the adhesion tool main body contacts the top surface of the workpiece to adhere a weld spatter preventing agent to the top surface of the workpiece, and thereby, the adhesion surface area of the weld spatter preventing agent relative to that of the top surface of the workpiece can be kept low, and it becomes possible to adhere less weld spatter preventing agent on the workpiece. This laser/punch processing method involves: a step for punch processing of the workpiece (W); a step in which the laser cutting processing start position is set to the lower position of the adhesion tool main body (27) provided on the laser/punch composite tool (1) so as to allow vertical movement, and in which the adhesion tool contact part provided on the adhesion tool main body contacts the top surface of the workpiece to adhere the weld spatter preventing agent of the adhesion tool contact part to a prescribed area of the laser cutting processing start position; and a step in which the outline of a product is laser cut so as to internally include the punching processing position.
