The invention relates to a plastic pourer (1) (spout) for self-standing bag packs, in particular for beverages, with a sealing zone (3) for fixing the plastic pourer (1) to a self-standing bag pack with a pouring tube (4), having an inner surface (7), with an inlet opening (7) and an outlet opening (9), wherein the ratio between a length of the pouring tube (4) and a pouring tube diameter is greater than 1, preferably greater than 2, and wherein the plastic pourer (1) is coated with a barrier layer (10) which can be produced in particular in a vacuum, preferably by a CVD or PVD process, and is intended for increasing the penetration barrier action against at least one chemical compound and/or at least one chemical element on the inner surface (7) of the pouring tube (4) and on a surface (11) of the sealing zone (3). According to the invention, it is provided that, for better sealability, the surface (11) of the sealing zone (3) has, in particular in a proportion by area of at least 50%, a higher average surface roughness Ra to DIN EN ISO 4288:1998 than the average surface roughness Ra to DIN EN ISO 4288:1998 preferably of at least 50% of the proportion by area of the inner surface (7) of the pouring tube (4), and that the surface of the sealing zone (3) has an average surface roughness Ra to DIN EN ISO 4288:1998 of at least 200 nm Ra.
