PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination retrieval program of sound insulation plates for retrieving an optimal combination from the viewpoint of a sound insulation property and weight of the sound insulation plate.;SOLUTION: A combination of a plurality of sound insulation plates 32 constituting respective stages of a sound insulation wall 3, is selected from among a plurality of kinds of sound insulation plates 32 mutually different in sound insulation property and weight, and transmission attenuation of the sound insulation plate is determined based on slit diffraction attenuation by diffracting a sound wave from a noise source on the upper and lower ends of the sound insulation plate 32 and a transmission loss by transmitting the sound wave through the sound insulation plate 32, for every sound insulation plate 32 of the selected respective stages. A transmission attenuation value of the sound insulation wall 32 in a combination of the selected sound insulation plates 32, is also determined based on the total of the determined transmission attenuation of the sound insulation plate of the respective stages. A solution is outputted by referring to a total value of a noise level of a sound receiving point corresponding to the transmission attenuation value to the respective combinations and the weight of the sound insulation plates constituting the combination, which is obtained by executing these steps a plurality of times.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
