PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reduction gear having an eccentric oscillation type speed reduction mechanism capable of more improving cooling efficiency.;SOLUTION: A reduction gear 10 equipped with an eccentric oscillation type speed reduction mechanism 8 having an internal gear 12, external tooth gears 14 and 16, and a plurality of eccentric body shafts 18 comprises first and second carrier flanges 38 and 40 respectively disposed on one side and the other side of the external tooth gears in an axial direction, in which the first carrier flange includes: a tapped hole 38B for connecting to a mating machine; a first central through-hole 38C formed at the center in a radial direction for communicating with the interior of the speed reduction mechanism; and a first bearing hole 38F on which a first bearing 44 supporting the eccentric body shaft is disposed, the eccentric body shaft includes: a projection extruding on the anti-external tooth gear side of the second carrier flange; and a distribution gear 30 provided in the projection, in which a region on the radial direction inner side of the tapped hole of the first carrier flange is scooped out so as to form an oil reservoir recess 64; and the first central through-hole and the first bearing hole penetrate the first carrier flange so as to open to the bottom of the oil reservoir recess for communicating with the oil reservoir recess.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
