PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing the concentration of sodium chloride that can highly accurately analyze the concentration of sodium chloride in a sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for analyzing the concentration of sodium chloride in a sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution, which conducts argentometric titration on chlorine ions without adding a hydrogen peroxide solution to a sample and detects the end of the titration by electrometric titration. The argentometric titration uses a silver nitrate solution, and the electrometric titration uses potentiometric titration employing an indicator electrode and a reference electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
