PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and readily discriminate whether a vehicle parked in a regular vehicle parking area is a regular vehicle.SOLUTION: A beacon transmitter originates a transmitter identification number. A regular vehicle beacon transmitter originates a regular vehicle identification number. A beacon receiver transmits a received identification number and an identification number of an own machine to a server device. The server device includes an identification number receiving unit that receives the three identification numbers, an information acquisition unit that acquires group information, which is information representing groups of transmitter identification numbers and receiver identification numbers which are associated with each other in advance, a group extraction unit that extracts a group, which includes the received identification numbers, from the group information, and a notification instruction unit that, when any transmitter identification number out of transmitter identification numbers included in the extracted group is not received, if the number of transmitter identification numbers that are not received is not equal to the number of received regular vehicle identification numbers, transmits an instruction signifying that predetermined notification should be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
