PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road guidance server for performing a user-friendly road guidance.SOLUTION: A road guidance server 32 acquires start position information at a point of time when a portable information terminal 20 requests a road guidance and target position information of a target position to reach, accesses a map/photograph information providing server 33, and requests retrieval of a guidance route up to a target position from the start position on the basis of the start position information and the target position information. Map/photograph specifying information for specifying map/photograph information corresponding to a landscape viewed in the moving direction along the guidance route is prepared, and a road guidance program is prepared which is a program for causing the road guidance to be displayed in an image display surface of the portable information terminal 20 on the basis of the map/photograph specifying information by causing the portable information terminal 20 to access the map/photograph information providing server 33.
