PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of performing high-precision electromagnetic field analysis of an anisotropic conductive material having anisotropic conductivity.SOLUTION: A composite material CM comprises second, fourth, fifth, and seventh layers having a conductivity distribution in a 0 degree-direction or 90 degree-direction, in an xy plane, that is different from those in other directions, and first, third, sixth, and eighth layers having a conductivity distribution in ±45 degree-directions, in the xy plane, that is different from those in other directions laminated together. When performing electromagnetic field analysis of the composite material CM, the second, fourth, fifth, and seventh layers are grid-partitioned by a 90 degree-grid M1 having two sides along xy directions, while the first, third, sixth, and eighth layers are grid-partitioned by a 45 degree-grid M2 having two sides along ±45 degree-directions in the xy plane, after which a magnetic field in the 45 degree-grid M2 is interpolated from a magnetic field distribution in the 90 degree-grid M1, and an electric field in the 90 degree-grid M1 is interpolated from an electric field distribution in the 45 degree-grid M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
