PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out means that further properly selects Tag SNP included in a nucleic acid probe to be used as means for implementing imputation in a DNA microarray and the like in implementing the imputation of an SNP.SOLUTION: In a method of selecting Tag SNPs for consisting of a nucleic acid probe group corresponding to the Tag SNPs to be used as means for imputation of SNP information on a human genome in which information on a SNP group having a plurality of individual genotypes specified is included, a solution is found out that solves the problem by using a sum of mutual amounts of information between a Tag SNP candidate and a Target SNP of the Tag SNP candidate as an index of a Tag SNP selection. Further, provided are: a computer system based on the principle; a computer program; a DNA microarray on which the nucleic acid probe group corresponding to the Tag SNP selected by the means is mounted; and a producing method of the DNA microarray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
