PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist business activities by presenting information about an occupant corporation as a tenant of an office building.SOLUTION: An office building occupancy checking system 1A for checking occupancy of an office building is provided, in which a processing unit 10 (control unit 101) acquires frequently updated telephone subscription corporation information, identifies corporations on the basis of addresses included in the telephone subscription corporation information, and displays information of a newly occupied office as recognizable in each office building. The system evaluates an office building on the basis of information about business categories of offices occupying the office building, and displays the evaluation of the office building in an output unit 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
