PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an autonomous operation control system's rate of operation.SOLUTION: An autonomous operation controller connected to a storage battery system for controlling a storage battery and a power generation facility for transmitting AC current to the storage battery system controls the storage battery system and the power generation facility. The autonomous operation controller acquires a measurement value showing power or current with respect to the AC current; makes the storage battery system change a frequency with respect to the AC current when the measurement value is a value equal to or higher than a first upper limit value showing the upper limit of a first range determined by a predetermined upper limit value and a predetermined lower limit value or is a value equal to or lower than a first lower limit value showing the lower limit of the first range; and makes the power generation facility restrict the current transmission when the measurement value is a value equal to or higher than a second upper limit value showing the upper limit of a second range other than the first range or is a value equal to or lower than a second lower limit value showing the lower limit of the second range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
