PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-guided vehicle that prevents steal of a vehicle and serves to arrest of a thief.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: switching means switching between a manual driving mode for manual driving and an automatic driving mode for automatic driving based on an operation by a person in a vehicle; steal detecting means detecting an own vehicle that has been stolen; and control means mandatorily switching a mode to the automatic driving mode, which disapproves a switch to the manual driving mode by the switching means based on the detection of the stolen vehicle by the steal detecting means, and conducting control to move the own vehicle by stealing-time moving means. The control means determines a destination at stealing and moves the vehicle from a current position to the destination in the automatic driving mode disapproving a switch to the manual driving mode, in stealing-time moving processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
