PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure and a fastening method of a pipe and a flange member which secures sealing performance, moreover, does not cause distortion or the like, can minimize a space necessary when performing an operation and also can reduce a cost.;SOLUTION: A fastening structure of a pipe 10 and a flange member 20 is a structure for fastening the flange member 20 on a top end part 12 of the pipe 10. The flange member 20 has an opening part 22 communicated with a passage 11 of the pipe 10, and an annular first holding part 24 and an annular second holding part 25 protrusively formed toward the inner side from a peripheral part 23 of the opening part 22.
