PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online coaching method capable of compatibly achieving both of reducing a burden of a trainer and sustaining a trainee's eagerness by appropriate advices and replies.;SOLUTION: The online coaching method for controlling online communications between a trainer and a trainee using a communication screen includes: an exercise state acquisition step (S901) of acquiring exercise state data representing execution states of exercise of the trainee; a transmission state acquisition step (S902) of acquiring transmission state data representing a transmission state of a message from the trainee to the trainer using the communication screen; and control steps (S903-S906) of controlling permission/forbiddance of transmission of a message from the trainee to the trainer in the communication screen on the basis of the exercise state data and the transmission state data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
