An online English library learning system and learning method are disclosed. The learning system using the English library measures a learning level of children as learners in advance and provides individual learning programs and companionships appropriate for the learning level so that the children can effectively improve their English skills. In addition, a more systematic learning plan can be provided by analyzing and managing various learning factors such as academic achievement change rate of learners and library attendance status. Learners can improve their reading skill and English ability at the same time through the extensive library of books and customized programs provided by the English Library.
