PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable analyzing the state of molten iron and molten slag in the furnace lower part of a blast furnace even in a tapping form of tapping simultaneously from a plurality of tap holes and using the results of the analysis in determining a tapping method.;SOLUTION: A blast furnace status analysis method comprises deriving a distribution of flow rates of molten iron and molten slag in the furnace lower part in individual time steps, moving the molten iron and molten slag on the basis of the derived distribution of flow rates and derives slag levels after the movement. In so doing, timings of opening individual tap holes 1TH to 3TH are determined on the basis of the lap time TB and the order of the tap holes 1TH to 3TH for tapping operation, and a corresponding tap hole is opened with an initial tap hole diameter D0 at the timing of opening the tap hole. When the slag level reaches the height position of the tap hole, the tap hole is blocked. The variation of the slag level in a daily operation is derived in this manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
