PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper mechanism of a radiography examination table, capable of stopping a top plate smoothly at an end of a movement stroke.SOLUTION: A stopper mechanism 10 comprises: a stopper member 42 including an abutment surface capable of abutting on an end of a top plate 19 and a rack 43 formed on a lower surface present in a direction orthogonal to the abutment surface; a spring 41 arranged between an end of a frame 18 and the stopper member 42 and energizing the stopper member 42 in the abutment surface direction to the top plate 19; a lever 45 oscillated with a shaft 46 supported by a support member 47 as a center; a pinion 44 capable of rotating with a shaft 50 journaled by the lever 45 as a center and being engaged with the rack 43 formed on the lower surface of the stopper member 42; a one-way clutch 51 arranged between the pinion 44 and the shaft 50; and a cam 49 oscillated with a shaft 48 as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
