PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve problems during an encounter due to the congeniality of individuals of rearing animals.;SOLUTION: A congeniality determination device 10 transmits information about a rearing animal associated with the own device to another congeniality determination device, and receives information about another rearing animal from the other congeniality determination device. The congeniality determination device 10 causes a storage part to store the information about the other rearing animal received from the other congeniality device, and causes the storage part to store information that barks are sensed in association with the information about the other rearing animal in the case that a sensor senses the barks after receiving the information about the other rearing animal. If information that the barks are sensed in association with the information about the other rearing animal is stored with reference to the storage part, the congeniality determination device 10 determines that the rearing animal has bad congeniality with the other rearing animal, and if the information that the barks are sensed in association with the information about the other rearing animal is not stored, determines that the rearing animal has good congeniality with the other rearing animal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
