PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure member facilitating assembly of a lure and to provide a lure using the lure member.;SOLUTION: A tip of a leader 14 is inserted into a cylindrical lure member 16. The lure member 16 includes: a pair of taper parts 22 arranged on both tips of a body; and a diameter-reduced part 21 arranged between the pair of taper parts 22 and fitted with a soft ring 43 winding an oscillation body 15 oscillated by water flow.
