PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly and easily cleaning a nasal hard mirror lens part having poor visibility due to adhesion of blood or the like in a nasal surgery, and to provide a nasal hard mirror lens part cleaning tool not narrowing a work space of the nasal surgery.;SOLUTION: The nasal hard mirror lens part cleaning tool includes: a main tubular member including a lumen communicating a distal end and a proximal end; and a sub tubular member including a lumen supplying cleaning water. The main tubular member includes a hole penetrating from an outer side face to an inner side face of a tube wall, an inner diameter of the main tubular member from the proximal end to distal end corresponds to an outer diameter of a hard mirror, and a groove is formed on a tube wall inner face from the mouth of the hole opened in a tube wall inner side face to the distal end of the main tubular member. The sub tubular member is connected such that the lumen is communicated with the lumen of the hole opened in the tube wall side face of the main tubular member, and supplied cleaning water flows along an outer side face of the hard mirror by utilizing surface tension of the cleaning water.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
