PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear hook earphone ensuring excellent fitness while suppressing cost increase.;SOLUTION: An ear hook earphone includes a body (1) to which a speaker unit (SP) is attached, an ear hook hanger (3) coupled to the body (1) side and having a curved arm (3d), and an engaging portion (3f) provided in the arm (3d) and having a first extension (3f1) and a second extension (3f2) extending in a direction receding from the body (1).
