PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-concentration liquid food containing honey and L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, stably retaining L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside to ensure an effect of the active ingredient thereof, in view of the fact that L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside is dissolved by degradation enzyme such as α-glycosidase, and having no fluctuation in content components even during ingestion.;SOLUTION: A high-concentration liquid food as a liquid food containing L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside and honey by removing or deactivating α-glycosidase and sugar chain degradation enzyme contained in honey is produced by melting powdery L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside in water of an equal quantity thereof followed by performing Ph adjustment, and mixing the product with honey from which α-glycosidase and sugar chain degradation enzyme is removed or deactivated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
