PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molded body more excellent in fire retardancy when using a cellulose fiber as a reinforced resin and a thermoplastic resin as a matrix.SOLUTION: There is provided a fire retardant composite molded body containing a cellulose-based fiber as a reinforced fiber by manufacturing a fiber sheet containing a recycled cellulose fiber having limit oxygen index of 26 or more and a thermoplastic resin fiber as a substrate for composite molding and heating the substrate for composite molding at a temperature for melting or softening the thermoplastic resin fiber, where the thermoplastic resin is a matrix.SELECTED DRAWING: None
