PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail track buckling prevention device and a ballast rail track including the rail track buckling prevention device capable of preventing break down in a ballast shoulder part in outer curve area with a simple method.SOLUTION: A rail track buckling prevention device 10 disposed in ballast 3 at one side of a crosstie 1, includes: a lower constraint plate 11 disposed in a lower part of the ballast 3 in a bed G; an upper constraint plate 12 disposed in an upper part of the ballast 3; and coupling means 13 which couples the lower constraint plate 11 and the upper constraint plate 12 and restricts the ballast between the constraint plates 11 and 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
