PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system for an elevator which can efficiently transfer content information on a display object to a display unit in a car of the elevator, a content information registration device which is used for the information system, and a content information transfer method.;SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a content information registration device used for an information system for an elevator has a transfer information setting unit, a communication destination device detector, and a radio communication unit. The transfer information setting unit sets plural pieces of content information and display schedule information including a display order thereof for display on a car display unit as transfer information. The communication destination device detector detects a car display unit which can wirelessly communicate with the self device.
