PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery and others which enable the suppression of degradation of a conductive resin layer, and enables the enhancement of cycle characteristics and calendar life.SOLUTION: A current collector comprises: a current collector foil; and a conductive resin layer on at least one face of the current collector foil. The conductive resin layer includes a base resin and an amorphous carbon, has a thickness of 0.2-3.0 μm. The base resin includes at least one kind selected from a group consisting of polyimide, polyolefin, chitosan and their derivatives, and an acrylic resin. As to the amorphous carbon, dof the crystal structure is 0.338 nm or more. In the surface of the conductive resin layer, the rate of an area occupied by the amorphous carbon is 45% or more. An electrode structure comprises the current collector. A power storage part is selected from a nonaqueous electrolyte battery, an electric double layer capacitor and a lithium ion capacitor, each comprising the electrode structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
