PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deglutition detection method reflecting the background intrinsic to a patient, although an erroneous deglutition or a dysphagia has been determined in the case where a preset value is not satisfied by the method of the prior method for detecting/checking the erroneous deglutition or deglutition trouble.SOLUTION: A deglutition detection method, a deglutition activity monitoring system and a deglutition function evaluation method use a fuzzy interference and reflect the situation intrinsic to a patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
