PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively evaluating a deglutition sensation of an ingesta.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for evaluating a deglutition sensation of an ingesta, comprising following (A)-(C) steps: (A) a step for bringing a larynx bending sensor 2 for converting a bending ratio into an electric resistance, into contact with a skin surface and fixing the sensor thereto, the skin surface corresponding to a laryngeal of a subject; (B) a step for measuring an electric signal of the larynx bending sensor which is generated when the subject swallows an ingesta (deglutition), then converting the electric signal into a voltage with an amplifier, then recording the electric signal as a two-dimensional signal expressed by a voltage value indicating a bending change of the bending sensor and a time; and (C) a step for evaluating a deglutition sensation of an ingesta, using a waveform of the two-dimensional signal obtained in the step (B) or a parameter determined based on the waveform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
