PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface unit that matches a finger's manipulation feeling, and applies a tactile response, with which an erroneous manipulation can be inhibited, to a finger.;SOLUTION: The unit includes a tactile response mechanism that applies a tactile response to a finger, a depressing force detector that detects a depressing force exerted by the finger, depressing force decision means that decides whether the depressing force is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold, contact position decision means that, when an entire image is not moved even by shifting a contact position, decides whether the contact position is shifted from the outside of an object display position range to the inside of the object display position range, tactile response control means that, when the contact position decision means makes a decision of truth but the depressing force decision means makes a decision of false, applies a predetermined tactile response to the finger, and that, when the depressing force decision means makes a decision of truth, applies a tactile response, which is different from the predetermined tactile response, to the finger, and manipulation decision control means that, when the contact position decision means makes a decision of truth and the depressing force decision means makes a decision of truth, allows an object to exert the capability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
