METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING BAKED SWEET POTATO USING TUNNEL KILN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that by a conventional method and device for producing baked sweet potatoes, a sweet potato including the outside is wholly finished in a moist and puffy state, but there is some flavor lacked, and there remains some unsatisfaction to a lover of old baked sweet potatoes.;SOLUTION: A method and device for producing baked sweet potatoes includes using a tunnel kiln. There are included: a cross section arch-shaped tunnel kiln assembled by bricks or the like; a conveyor installed in the tunnel kiln; a heat source container installed under the conveyor; and an iron plate and a ceramic plate for covering the upper part of the heat source container. The upper part of the heat source container in a fixed distance from the inlet or the outlet of the tunnel kiln is covered with the iron plate, or a heat source is exposed without covering any, and the upper part of the heat source container excluding the part is covered with the ceramic plate, and raw sweet potatoes are placed on the conveyor at the inlet of the tunnel kiln, and are baked while passing through the tunnel kiln.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
