PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bladder for tire vulcanization capable of preventing the vulcanization failure of a tire and attaining the suppression of the production cost of a bladder and the improvement of its production efficiency, and a bladder for tire vulcanization.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a bladder 1 in which annular edge face parts 5 are combined to both the edges in the cylindrical axis direction of a cylindrical part 2, clamp parts 9 are combined to the inner peripheral edges of the annular edge face parts 5, in the cross-section in the cylindrical axis direction, circumferential walls 3 composing the cylindrical part 2 are parallel to the cylindrical axis center viewed in the cross section in the cylindrical axis direction, the annular edge face parts 5 has the shape where two arc shapes 6, 7 projecting toward the outside of the cylindrical axis direction, and the regions on the inner circumferential sides than the regions of the arc shapes 6 on the outer circumferential sides les in the outside in the cylindrical axis direction.
