PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic joint of a simple structure that may be installed readily, allowing flexible connection between a rehabilitation pipe and a connection hole formed in a side wall of a manhole, while maintaining water-tightness.;SOLUTION: An aseismic joint includes outer and inner rubber joints 2, 3 disposed between a connection hole and a rehabilitation pipe, and first and second compression members 4, 5 for sandwiching the outer and inner rubber joints 2, 3 in an axial direction. First and second protrusions 4b, 5b are formed on the first and second compression members 4, 5, the protrusions being fitted between the outer and inner rubber joints 2, 3 and having an outer diameter tapered toward a tip side and an inner diameter expanding toward the tip side. The outer rubber joint 2 is widened and expanded in a radial direction by the first and second protrusions 4b, 5b, and thus pressed against and fixed on a hole wall of the connection hole.
