PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing construction method for solving a defect of increasing a difference in amplification power between positive actuation and negative actuation, when initial amplification power of an aseismic response control device of a building increases.;SOLUTION: An aseismic response control reinforcing body 1 is provided with an outer frame body 2 stored in a frame body surrounded by a column and a beam of the building, a first arm 3 having one end part joined by a pin to an end part of a lower structural material 2a of the outer frame body, a second arm 4 having one end part joined by a pin to a central part of an upper structural material 2c of the outer frame body, a connecting member 5 for joining a free end part of the first arm and the second arm at a desired angle by a pin, and a damper 6 rotatably connected to a corner part on the near side from the end part of the lower structural material and absorbing vibrational energy of the connecting member. The first arm, the second arm and the damper are bilaterally symmetrically arranged to the central part of the upper structural material, and thereby, the seismic response control reinforcing body 1 is formed by equalizing the amplification power as the whole damper in displacement in a frame of the outer frame body to the initial amplification power in the setting.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
