PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid friction resistance reduction coating capable of reducing fluid friction resistance even in use under an environment with a large flow rate or long-term use.SOLUTION: A fluid friction resistance reduction coating 12 is laminated on a base material 11, and reduces fluid friction resistance of liquid. The fluid friction resistance reduction coating 12 has a low resistance film 14 comprising a material having a contact angle of droplet of 70 degrees or less and a fall angle of droplet of 40 degrees or less, at a surface portion contacting with liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
