PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an own ship surrounding information display device capable of displaying a ship generated wave on a display part graphically.SOLUTION: A radar instruction machine comprises: an AIS interface part; a display 30; a ship generated wave processing part; and a display processing part. The AIS interface part detects other ship existing in the surrounding of the own ship. The display 30 displays a state of the surrounding of the own ship. The ship generated wave processing part detects or estimates a ship generated wave generated by other ship. The display processing part displays the ship generated wave which is detected or estimated by the ship generated wave processing part, on the display 30 graphically. A diagram of a ship generated wave S3 displayed on the display 30 includes a pair of lines, which are drawn so as to separate mutually as distance from other ship (other ship symbol S2) is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
