PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive inorganic oxide powder comprising fine particles, and having stable and good powder resistance and good infrared shielding performance.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing conductive inorganic oxide particles which are provided with conductivity by doping inorganic oxide particles with a dopant metal. The production method comprises: preparing a dopant metal eluate by eluting the dopant metal in an electrolyte solution by an electrolytic method using an anodic dissolution electrode composed of the dopant metal; allowing the inorganic oxide particles coexist in the dopant metal eluate; making the dopant metal adhere to a surface of the particles by stirring the eluate while performing bubbling with carbon dioxide; filtering the eluate in which doping is completed; drying particles collected by filtration; and calcining the particles, collected by filtration and dried, to obtain conductive inorganic oxide particles doped with a dopant metal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
