PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing seed-containing pomegranate juice, seed-containing pomegranate juice produced by the same, and pomegranate fruit juice-containing jelly using the seed-containing pomegranate juice.SOLUTION: A method for producing seed-containing pomegranate juice includes: collection S1 of pomegranate; a step S2 of selection; crushing S3 the whole pomegranate fruits; a step S4 of removing fruit skins, and leaving fruit parts comprising pulps and seeds; a step S5 of separating the fruit parts into the seeds and the pulps followed by squeezing the pulps to make fruit juice; a step S6 of crushing the seeds into a granular state; a step S7 of sterilizing a mixed liquid comprising the granular seeds and the fruit juice; and a step S10 of heating and condensing after filtering by dividing into two of first filtration S8 of filtering with a filter having rough pores after the sterilization step S7, and second filtration S9 of filtering with a filter having a pore size smaller than the filter used in the first filtration S8. There is also provided pomegranate fruit juice-containing jelly using the seed-containing pomegranate juice.
