PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an easily soluble high protein-containing powder, easy to get wet and precipitate in water and other liquid, being rapidly decomposed in liquid after precipitation, and excellent in dispersibility even when being slowly stirred with the hand, and an easily soluble high protein-containing powder obtained by the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing an easily soluble high protein-containing powder includes a step of granulating by adding an aqueous solution containing diglycerol fatty acid ester to a high protein-containing powder composition which contains a protein-containing powder and saccharide, and contains protein of 65 mass% or more.
