GROUP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATION SYSTEM, GROUP MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AND GROUP MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems capable of managing groups with a simple operation.;SOLUTION: A server comprises a mark generating unit which generates group IDs on the basis of a group creating instruction and generates marks containing the group IDs and server addresses as optically readable information, a mark output control unit which outputs the marks, and a group managing unit which manages the groups. A terminal comprises: an imaging unit which images the output marks; a display unit; an analyzing unit which analyzes the imaged marks; an icon creating unit which creates icons containing the group IDs and the server addresses as optically readable information on the basis of analysis results; a display controlling unit which displays the created icons on a screen; and an icon controlling unit which transmits a user group participating request and transmits an instruction based on group management operation to the server when a user performs the group management operation using an icon on the screen. When receiving the request, the server associates the received user ID with the group ID.
