PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of detecting the stator magnetic flux accurately, and to provide a magnetic flux estimation device of a motor and a magnetic flux estimation method of the motor.SOLUTION: A motor controller includes a magnetic flux estimator for estimating the vector of stator magnetic flux of a motor, on the basis of the difference of the output voltage from a power conversion unit to the motor, and the voltage drop amount occurring in the winding resistance of the motor. The magnetic flux estimator includes a variable low-pass filter and a phase regulator. The variable low-pass filter performs low-pass filtering of the difference, at a cut-off frequency depending on the frequency of the variable low-pass filter. The phase regulator delays the output phase of the variable low-pass filter, or the phase of difference before being inputted to the variable low-pass filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
